Up at 5 AM and off to the airport for a 7:30 AM flight to Chicago via Atlanta. I met Brad and his nine year old son Max, at the baggage claim. After retrieving our respective baggage, we rented a car for the drive to Skipper Bud's at North Point Marina, Winthrop Harbor, Illinois, about 45 miles north of Chicago on the western shore of Lake Michigan.
Speaking of baggage, I brought an additional suitcase containing open end wrenches, US and metric, up to 1", socket set US and metric, vice grips, channel lock pliers, flat head and phillips head screwdrivers, electric test meter and most important, duct tape!
