| There are floats with the tie-ups attached above. All you need to to is secure the vessel to the pins and the whole shootin shebang goes up and down with the water level. No need to take in or let out lines. | Chain of Rocks Lock & Dam, Granite City, Il. 12' Lift. Arrived 2:20 PM. We had to wait for the barges who get first priority. We finally cleared the lock at 3:35 PM. |
